What are pre-orders?
Pre-orders are offered separately from our ready to ship stock. Turn around time ranges from 2 weeks to 6 weeks depending on the item but will always be disclosed in the item description. They are offered 1-2 times a month and open for about a week before closing. We cannot accept any late orders after the closing date.
What is TAT?

From date of order until it is shipped or picked up locally differs between items.

Tees: 5-7 business days
In-stock items: 1-2 business days

Use the code LOCAL to discount the shipping code. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with pick up instructions.
How does your sizing run?
Everything runs true to size, except for our bamboo pajamas. For those we recommend ordering a size down.
Is shipping included in the price?
Shipping rates are based on location and package volume. Orders over $100 receive free shipping, and local pick up is always free!
